Clip Engine is provided as-is for the operator's personal use. It is not a hosted service and accepts no third-party users.

The operator only clips creators who have granted permission, credits every source, and reviews every clip before it is published. The operator is responsible for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's reused-content and spam policies, and the rules of any creator programme they take part in.

Clip Engine uses YouTube API Services. Users can revoke its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
